Job Description
As a Medely LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Adhering to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for a Medely LVN position, you must meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Current and valid LVN license in the state of California
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/BLS certification
